Orders are usually packed and dispatched within [1–3] business days (excluding public holidays).
During sales periods, new launches, or peak seasons, dispatch may take a little longer. If there’s a significant delay, we’ll contact you.
We ship Australia-wide using reputable carriers. Shipping options and prices are shown at checkout.
Typical delivery timeframes (after dispatch):

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on location, weight, and selected service.
Free shipping may apply on orders over $200, shown at checkout.
If tracking is available for your shipping method, you’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order has been dispatched.
If you select or agree to Authority to Leave, the parcel may be left at your address without a signature. Once delivered, responsibility for the parcel transfers to you.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can resend it, but additional shipping fees may apply.
If your parcel is delayed or appears lost, contact us at support@sodaliving.com.au with your order number. We’ll work with the carrier to investigate and keep you updated.
We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how returns work.
We offer change-of-mind returns on eligible items within [14] days of delivery, provided:
The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition
All tags, packaging, and accessories are included
The item is not excluded under the “Non-returnable items” section
Change-of-mind return costs:
Return shipping is paid by the customer (unless the item is faulty or incorrect).
Original shipping fees are not refundable.
To start a return, email support@sodaliving.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method
Processing times vary by bank/payment provider, but refunds typically appear within [3–10] business days

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
If an exchange isn’t possible, we’ll offer a store credit.

We follow Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund for items that are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

We’ll cover return postage and organise a replacement or refund where a fault is confirmed.
Unless required under ACL, the following are not eligible for change-of-mind returns:
Earrings and pierced jewellery
Swimwear/intimates (if applicable)
Beauty/skincare/cosmetics that have been opened or used
Gift cards
Final sale/clearance items (if marked as final sale)
Any item returned without original packaging/tags or in used condition
